Terms and Conditions of Bristol Airport Taxi

 

Amendments

We are happy to change or amend your booking date/time at no additional cost if this is more than 24 hours prior to booking and your first-time amending with the Terms and Conditions of Bristol Airport Taxi.

Should you need to change or amend your booking within 24hrs of your booking time we will charge an amendment fee of £20.

Amendments to date/time thereafter the first time will be charged at £20 each time.

 

Payments and Deposits

We accept debit/credit card payments only. Please note your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and or car parking charges. Please ask for details.

Refund Policy

 

Seaports and Airport Bookings

If you are not at the prearranged meeting point we will do our best to contact you. If we cannot contact you and you fail to contact us after a period of 45min we will void the booking but you will be liable for the full fare.

All other Pickups (Non-Airports)

Failure to be ready to leave the designated pick up point within 5 minutes of your booking time will void the contract and any monies paid to Bristol Airport Taxi will be non-refundable.

 

Missed flight/connection

Please note if you have missed your flight/connection and have not given us more than 12 hours’ notice your booking will be cancelled and there is no refund. If you have given us more than 12 hours notice we will amend your booking and collect you at your new booking time.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 24hrs (but more than 6 hrs) prior to a booking you will be liable for a £50 cancellation fee or the full cost of the booking whichever is the lesser amount.

If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to a booking you will be liable for the full cost of the fare.

If you cancel MORE than 24 hours prior to a booking any deposit will be returned to you subject to a £20 administration fee.

 

Diverted Flight

Please note if your flight is diverted and lands at another airport your taxi will be automatically cancelled and there will be no refund. Should you return to the Airport and need our services you will need to make a new booking and re-pay for your booking.

 

Waiting Charges Policy

 

Airport/Seaports

If contact is made within 45min of your flight landing/docking time but you exceed your 45min allowance, waiting charges will be applicable as follows. £15 up to 30 mins.

If no contact is made within 45 minutes the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Should you refuse to pay the waiting charges your taxi will be cancelled and there will be No Refund

 

Non-Airport Journeys

If contact is made within 5 minutes Waiting charges are charged at £15 up to 30 minutes after your initial 5 minutes. This must be agreed with the driver and he/she has the right to not wait.

Luggage

All luggage Must go in the luggage compartment of the vehicle, we do not take luggage inside the passenger area – this is to prevent damage to the vehicle and for safety in case of an accident.

We are not responsible for any damage to luggage.

All luggage must be in suitable travel cases I.e no large open carrying bags – we are not a removal company.

 

Food and drink

All our vehicles have a strict no eating or drinking policy and doing so will result in a £50 fee. You may drink water only.

Fouling Charge

Please note the fouling charge is a maximum of £100, this is driver dependant and he/she may charge up to this amount.

 

Late

Although we pride ourselves on the service we provide occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control I.e traffic/breakdown, we may be late for your collection in this instance, we will make you aware of your new eta. If you decide to cancel and make your own way we will issue a full refund however if you decide to wait and our driver arrives at your new time then no refund will be given please do not ask for compensation afterward.

Bristol Airport Collections 

Upon arrival, you will receive a text message and phone call from our driver, please liaise with them directly to meet at the Drop & go when ready.

 

Meet & Greets 

The driver will be inside the terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands, waiting with a name board.

In the case of a meet and greet not being completed, you will be refunded this portion of your journey only.

Additonal Items

Child seats can be requested at an additional cost of £12 per child seat, please provide the age of the child and the seat required in the notes.

Although child seats are not a legal requirement in a taxi, we can provide them.

Please note these are limited and can not always be guaranteed, priority will be given to journeys of more than 20 miles.

Payment can be made prior to journey completion by phone or in the car with the driver.

Unable to complete Journey

Please note should we not be able to complete your booking we will give at least 24 hours notice if your booking is made more than 24 hours in advance, if you make a booking less than 24 hours in advance and we can not complete this booking it will be cancelled within 30 minutes of you making this booking. If we do cancel your booking you will receive a text and email stating this and an immediate refund will be issued (no admin fees will apply).
